01What are PF-Credits?
PF-Credits pay for model work — research queries, text generation, image and video creation, and edits. Creating projects, organising the canvas, and uploading files never use credits.
02When do credits reset?
Monthly credits reset on your billing anniversary date. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
03Do top-up credits expire?
No. Top-up credits never expire and carry over indefinitely until used.
04Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
05Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from account settings and retain access until the end of your billing period.
