Projects
A project is the unit of context and the unit of privacy. Everything else in PlansFlow sits inside one.
What a project holds
- A canvas — the spatial view of every block in the project.
- A board — the same material as work in progress.
- A chat thread — persistent, and aware of the project.
- Files — anything uploaded, plus every generated asset.
These are views and facilities of one project, not separate documents. Adding a finding on the canvas makes it available to the chat, the board, and any generation in the same project.
Creating and naming
Describe the project in a sentence when you create it. That sentence is standing context for every tool, so it is worth being specific: subject, scope, and intended outcome.
Limits
| Plan | Projects | Storage |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | 1 GB |
| Pro | 100 | 5 GB |
Limits apply to active projects. Archiving a project keeps its material and frees the slot.
Isolation
Projects do not read one another. This is deliberate: shared context between unrelated work is how findings end up somewhere they do not belong. To reuse material, move or copy it explicitly.
Every project is scoped to a single account by default. There is no shared workspace, no team view, and nothing is visible to anyone else.
